RULE CV-65 INJUNCTION RESTRAINING ORDER

` PLAINTIFF,Patrick Hagger, to be represented by Institute for Justice, in this matter seek a protective order for the protection of Civil Rights violations from DEFENDANTS; Texas Civil Rights Project, Black State Employees Association Union of Texas, and their quasi-government conspiracy of religious leaders and business friends. This order or restraint should include all parties attorneys, agents, servants, employees, [and those persons in active concert or participation with them].
Prohibition should include interference in all Civil Rights [due process in all legal
proceedings along with freedom of religion].
Prohibition of using name of plaintiff/victim in any business tranaction, ministry
proceedings or any other finacial action.
Prohibition in the attempt of giving victim: gifts, presents, or any form of compensation
unapproved by judge of legal proceedings outside of legal setting.
Prohibition of interference of ministry to be based in Hutto, Texas or any online ministry.
Prohibition of interference of receiving compensation and punitive damages along with all
civil claims and the opportunity to testify before Congressional Hearings.

The following list of conspirators known by the victim is incomplete dispite its size and their importance to each other.
Betty Hagger, Cedric Keith Hagger Sr., Diedre Mooring, Melaine Wallace, Hearst, City of Houston, Mayor White,Comptroller Parker, Harris County coroner Office, Ralph White, Church of God in Christ, 1000 Hills International Ministry, 3 Hope Ministry, Word of Restoration Christian Fellowship, Webster Slaughter, David Hill, Steve Hope, Michelle Hope, Kenneth Brown, Vicki Cruz, St. John's Downtown Houston, Mobile Loaves and Fishes, Mission Possible Austin, Trinity Center, Alan Graham, Tom Baum, Duane Severance, Tim Pinson Sr &Jr.,Richard Troxell, TRLA, ACLU, NAACP, LULAC and others all joined to prevent DNA test of victim which will confirm fraud and deception of conspiracy of religious freedoms denied. This is a remedy of law. It should not be the victim job to figure out who committed any criminal acts.
