DNA test should be forwarded to the internal revenue service criminal investigation unit to determine whom all are guilty of committing federal crimes, theft, identity theft, fraud, and the conspiracies of each of the acts, abuse of authority for the purpose of defrauding the united states. Participation in extortion, bribery, closing federal courts to victim of administration procedure to coerce illegal criminal settlement that would benefit officers of the court, law enforcement agents and others benefitting from the acts of racism, political bias and religious dfiscrimination. Even being conceeded enough to have surveillance of their prejudice and discrimination and brag about not being able to be convicted of any criminal activity from Louann Jones of the State of Texas and Trvais County Grand Juror, Socoro Casas-Doyle of Lt. Gov. Office, Americorp, SEIU, and other civil servants which all should be subject to their assets being frozen and investigated. The assets of the religious institutions and faith based entities and all others should also be frozen and handled by overseers appointed by the court.  Employees of the Austin Public Library should also be investigated and subject to have their assets frozen by the IRS, as well as students at the University of Texas and recent graduates of the university to determine if their degrees should be revoked, suspended or permanently removed. Identity theft under the color of the state of Texas whether employee, board member, student, or volunteer, or serving a capacity representing the State of Texas should be subject to federal revue when civil rights are violated. The only violations protection should not be for convicted criminals, illegal aliens, homosexuals of the gay coalition, drug abusers, pedophiles, and the select elist of the AUSTIN HOMELESS COALITION PAMPER SQUAD.
