Judges should lose their pensions for any convictions of crimes occurring in the halls of justice. There should not be the ability for judges nor anyother civil servant to retire and receive their salary or even their pension. The matter of the conviction occurring in the halls of justice should not matter nor whether prison or jail time is apart of the conviction. Once a conviction occur the guilty party should lose all rights and priviledge enjoyed as officers of the court or career civil servants in the justice system. Convictions concerning assaults of any kind, as the law enforcement officers are subject to, pedophilia or other crimes against childern, or any crime against the elderly should also cause there to be a relinquishing of government pension.
